GETTING STARTED

  • How it works: Choose your favorite artisan bundle and pick your journey: Path A for your exact favorites, or Path B for a seasonal discovery surprise. We’ll handle the rest!

  • Shipping & Deadlines: We freshly pack and ship all artisan boxes on or before the 15th of each month.

  • Free Shipping: As a thank you for being part of our subscription family, free shipping is automatically applied to every subscription order at checkout.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

  • How do I update my details? Log in via the 'Login' icon at the top right of our shop. Under Subscriptions, you can easily update your shipping address or payment method to keep your monthly deliveries seamless.

  • Changing your Scent Path: Want to switch from Path A to Path B (or try new exact scents)? Since our system is tied to your specific artisan choices, the best way to change your scent preferences is to cancel your current subscription and start a fresh one with your new favorites.

  • Can I pause my subscription? We don't currently have a "pause" button, but you have total flexibility! If you need a break, simply cancel your subscription through your account portal and re-join the herd whenever you're ready for more farm-fresh skincare.

  • Cancellations: We’d be sad to see you go! You have total flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. To avoid being charged for your next box, please ensure you cancel before your next billing date.
