Thank you for spending the day with us at Hollow Oak Acres. On the day of your workshop, you'll take home a curated selection of our products — here's what happens to your handmade Goat Milk Soap Bars next.
Your bars stay with us while they cure — this is what gives them their rich lather and long-lasting quality.
3 Months to Collect
Once your soap has completed its cure, you have a 3-month window to arrange pickup at the farm. We'll keep your bars safe and waiting.
48 Hours Notice
Contact us at least 48 hours ahead so we can have your soap ready and waiting. Please bring a valid photo ID when you come to collect.
Can't Make It in Person?
No problem. For a flat rate of $12, we'll ship your finished soap bars directly to your door anywhere within the United States — typically within one week of receiving your request.

If your bars are not collected within the 3-month window following their cure, we may repurpose or donate them. We genuinely want you to have your creation — please don't hesitate to reach out if life gets busy or you need a shipping arrangement instead. Hollow Oak Acres cannot provide a replacement for bars that have been repurposed or donated after this period has passed.
