Soapmaking Workshop Pickup and Shipping Policy

Thank you for participating in our soap-making workshop at Hollow Oak Acres!

We hope you enjoy the hands-on experience and the unique soap you create. On the day of the event, each attendee will take home a selection of our products. For all Goat Milk Soap Workshops, your handmade Goat Milk Soap Bars will remain at Hollow Oak Acres for the Curing Process, which takes 6 weeks for your soap to cure.

To ensure that everyone can conveniently retrieve their creations, we have established the following policy:

Pickup Window: The 3-month pickup window begins after the 6 week curing period has completed. Finished soap bars must be picked up within this time frame. We kindly ask you to contact us to schedule your pickup during this period to ensure your soap is waiting for you.

Scheduling Pickup: To schedule your soap pickup, please contact us at hollowoakacres@gmail.com or (916)-869-3855. Providing us with advance notice of 48 hours helps us ensure your soap is ready and waiting for you upon your arrival.
Please bring your ID with you for verification.

Unclaimed Soap and Liability Reminder: We kindly remind all workshop participants that if your handmade Goat Milk Soap Bars are not picked up within the 3-month window following their curing process, we may repurpose or donate them. While we encourage you to arrange for the prompt pickup of your creation to avoid any disappointment, please understand that Hollow Oak Acres cannot provide a replacement for soap that has been repurposed or donated after this period has passed. Ensuring you receive your handmade creation is important to us, and we're here to assist with pickup or shipping arrangements within the United States. Your cooperation helps us manage our workshop space effectively and continue offering memorable experiences to our community.

Shipping: Understanding that it may not always be convenient to pick up your soap in person, we offer a shipping option. For a flat rate fee of $12, we can ship your soap directly to your home within the United States of America. We aim to ship your soap within a week of receiving your request and payment.
